Sukasa is perfect for the traveler who doesn't want the typical hotel atmosphere. Our personalized service will make you feel at home and comfortable. Our oceanfront property is beautifully landscaped with palm trees, cactus gardens and shaded palapa style patios.You will find yourself gazing at the most beautiful view in town as the sunset casts its stunning colors against Carmen Island's hillsides. We are located on the waterfront or "malecon" and within walking distance to the main plaza and church where you will find numerous restaurants, shops, and the bank.

Sukasa Bungalows Rooms
The "main house" is an air conditioned, 2,100 sq ft one bedroom, two bath, two story home located in the back of the property. Overlooking both bungalows and the lovely gardens, it offers a grand view of the Sea of Cortez. The bedroom is upstairs with a king bed, a bathroom, a TV and large balcony. A loft/office area also has a door opening to the upstairs balcony. The downstairs kitchen is complete with a stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, basic dinnerware, and pots/pans. The dining and living area are modestly, yet comfortably furnished and stylishly decorated.

With Loreto's neighboring islands, there are many white sand beaches and coves waiting to be explored. Fishing, kayaking, diving, snorkeling, boating, and whale watching are some of the great activities Loreto has to offer. On Loreto's picturesque beachfronts try a horseback outing or explore the high mountain desert on a mule ride following the old traditional trails to remote ranches.
